Payment Information: We use Paystack to process payments. We do not store card or bank details on our servers. However, in compliance with applicable regulations, we may store non-sensitive transaction details such as: order history, payment reference numbers, customer name, billing or home address, email address and product or service purchased. These details are stored securely and retained for up to 2 years for regulatory purposes.

Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and actions taken on the site.

Tracking Data: Through tools like, Meta Pixels, Google tracking ID, Twitter/X Pixel, Microsoft Clarity

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Document Storage & Deletion

Documents received from users via email or WhatsApp; including CAC forms or certificates, trademark documents, NIN slips, signature images, and any other sensitive materials re deleted within 7 days of receipt. We do not store such documents beyond this period unless legally required.
